Tips to help students take a better test:
ONE:
Deep belly breaths- when people actively use their diaphragm
to breathe, it helps relieve anxiety and oxygenates the blood and brain.
TWO:
Do some exercise right before the test. Try stretching, or a
minute worth of jumping jacks.
THREE
Eat an excellent breakfast- make sure there is protein,
fiber, and healthy fats. Vegetables are often not seen in US breakfasts, but
they are an amazing start to the day.
FOUR
Sleep for a comfortable 7-8 hours the night before.
